How it fits an arrangement.
Create the client
In the arrangement meeting, or after it, enter the name, the dates and the family's contact. It takes a minute or two.
Send the family their link
The note is written for you, under your name, and opens in your own email. A second link gathers photographs from everyone else.
The family does the choosing
On their own phones, in their own time. Old and scratched prints are retouched as they arrive, and the family can watch the film as often as they like.
Download the film
A 1080p MP4 file, ready for your chapel screen. Test it on your own equipment before the day.
What you can rely on
Built for the way a funeral home works.
- Under your own name
- The family's link, the guest link, the memorial page and the film's end card carry your name. Ours is not on them.
- Your own account
- Each partner has its own account, with an email and password. You see your tributes and nobody else's.
- No logins for families
- Families and guests use private links. Nobody is asked to make a password during the hardest week of their year.
- You pay, not the family
- A tribute you open is paid for from your account. The family link cannot pay and never shows a card form.
- A person makes the choices
- Nothing a guest adds reaches the film until the family has chosen it. Writing help is optional and never invents details.
- Their photographs stay theirs
- We do not use a family's photographs for anything but their tribute, and we delete them when asked.
Cost.
One price per film. No subscription.
Funeral homes charge a family about $400 for a photo tribute. At $149 a film, that leaves about $250 for the home. What you charge the family, and whether you charge at all, is your decision.
The film always has music: a studio track, or a recording the family has the right to use. Their own song, made with AI from your words, is an extra you can offer. Automatic AI photo retouching comes with every film.
Creating an account is free, and so is opening a tribute, gathering photographs and preparing the film. You pay for a film when you download it or share its memorial page.
We do not take live payments yet. Tribute Studios is in preview and checkout runs in a test mode that cannot charge a card. This is a good time to try it with a sample tribute and tell us what your team needs.

If you make photo tributes for funeral homes, usually for $300 to $400 a film, this is built for you too. You are a customer here, not a competitor.
- The same partner account
- You open a tribute for each client, whether that is a funeral home or a family, and send one link. There is one price list for every partner.
- The gathering is done for you
- No more photographs by email, on a stick, or in six text messages. One guest link gathers them, and the same photograph sent twice is kept once.
- Retouching is automatic
- Scratched, faded and black and white prints are cleaned up as they arrive, so the hours you spend on repairs go back to you.
- Your name on the work
- Films, links and memorial pages go out under your business name. You set your own price and keep your own clients.
