A preview service
Tribute Studios is offered as a preview. It works, and it is still changing. We do not take live payments, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell until payments open. The prices on the pricing page (currently $149 for the Film, $199 for the Longer film and $49 for the Song) are the prices we intend to charge.
What you upload stays yours
You keep every right you have in your words, photographs, clips and recordings. You give us permission to store them and to use them for one purpose: making and showing your tribute to the people you share it with. We will not use them for advertising, sell them, or use them to train artificial intelligence.
What we ask of you
- Add only material you have the right to share, and confirm it honestly when asked.
- Make a tribute only for someone whose family knows about it and would welcome it.
- Keep your password and your family link to yourself and the people you trust.
- Do not use the service to harass anyone, to break the law, or to upload material that is unlawful or cruel.
We may remove material or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell the account holder why.
What you can expect from us
- We will look after what you upload as described on the privacy page.
- We will delete it when the account holder asks.
- We will say plainly when something is unfinished, as we do on the trust and safety page.
The limits of a preview
Because this is a preview, the service may be unavailable at times and features may change. Please keep your own copies of your photographs, and download and test a film well before the day it is needed. Writing suggestions can be wrong: read every word before it is spoken or printed.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights apply in full.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia.
